Missouri Farm Bureau and affiliated companies make no representations or warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to: any implied warranty of quality, condition, merchantability, fitness for intended use or a particular purpose or those arising by statute or otherwise in law or from a course of dealing or usage of trade regarding the services, materials or goods advertised, promoted, sold or otherwise made available through a Vendor. You agree that your purchases of goods or services from a Vendor are between you and them, are made at your own risk, and are subject to any additional terms, conditions and restrictions between you and them. We have no responsibility for the delivery, standard, quality, safety, use, suitability or any other aspect of any goods or services ordered or purchased, except where required by law.
You agree that Missouri Farm Bureau Federation and affiliated companies shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of any transaction or relationship between you and a Network Vendor. If there is a dispute between you and a Network vendor, you understand and agree that Missouri Farm Bureau is under no obligation to become involved. In the event of dispute, you hereby release Missouri Farm Bureau and affiliated companies, its officers, employees, agents and successors in rights from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and/or our service.
Participating Vendors or participating Vendor locations may change at any time and we may terminate or suspend the MORE Network relationship with any Vendor without prior notice to you. A Vendor that is no longer participating in the MORE Network may still appear on marketing materials.
