MORE (Missouri Rewards) is an exclusive Missouri Farm Bureau Insurance customer rewards program. By insuring a vehicle, home or farm with us, clients earn points redeemable for products and services in three main categories: Missouri Farm Bureau Products and Services (membership fees and donations to the MFB Foundation for Agriculture); Insurance Loss Prevention Products and Services (emergency kits, fire extinguishers, etc.); and Missouri-wide Agri-Products and Services (food, fiber, bed and breakfast stays, etc.).
Missouri Farm Bureau Insurance customers who purchase and maintain a qualified insurance policy for 2 years or more are automatically enrolled in the MORE program.
Missouri Farm Bureau Insurance customers earn MORE points for each dollar of premiums paid during the calendar period on qualified policies. The points earned per dollar of paid premium vary based on the account loss experience. The customer account must have at least one active, qualified policy on the date on which points are awarded. If this qualification is met, points will be awarded for paid premium during the calendar year for all other qualified policies regardless of their status at the time of the point calculation. The primary membership to which the qualified policy is assigned determines the MORE account to which the points are awarded. Accounts without an active, qualified policy on the date on which points are awarded will earn zero points. If the account does not have an active qualified policy on the date on which points are awarded but later reinstates such a policy, zero points will be awarded on reinstatement. Any points that were earned for the calendar year are forfeited.
Private passenger auto insurance policies or "Protector" policies (farm or home) underwritten by Farm Bureau Town & Country Insurance Company of Missouri. The receipt requirement is waived for redemption of paid Missouri Farm Bureau membership dues and donations to the Foundation for Agriculture. The minimum amount of any redemption is $10.00.
MORE points will first be awarded for the 2016 calendar year in January 2017 and will be awarded annually thereafter. Points may be redeemed beginning January 2017.
Points may not be transferred to other membership numbers or between membership numbers. Points are awarded to the primary membership number, which is attached to the policy on the date the points are awarded and will remain with that membership number until redeemed or expired.
Yes. For example, a couple has two different memberships and two separate MORE point balances prior to marrying. The couple stays at a bed & breakfast which is a MORE vendor. The total amount spent exceeds the point value of one of the single accounts. The couple may request redemption from both accounts based on the single receipt. The redemption form should specify a portion out of each account. Amounts payable upon redemption will not exceed the total qualifying purchase nor exceed the total value of the available points.
Unused points expire after three years. Accumulated points will be surrendered in the event an account fails to maintain at least one active qualified policy* for 45 days or more. All purchases must be made and redemption requests must be received within 45 days of the last active date of the qualifying policy.
2000 points = $1. Points have no cash value outside the MORE network and may not be redeemed for cash without a qualifying purchase. Points are not your property. Points are issued and exist at the sole discretion of Missouri Farm Bureau Insurance as part of a rewards program. Points cannot be purchased. Points may not be assigned, transferred or pledged to any third party. Points may not be transferred by operation of law, such as by inheritance, in bankruptcy or in connection with a divorce.
MORE points are awarded annually to qualified policy holders only after a policy has been in force for at least two years. A customer’s loss history is calculated in the number of points awarded. If the customer has recently experienced loss(es) MORE points will regenerate as the loss history dissipates.
