Electronic Funds Transfer

When is the best time to sit down and pay your bills? It's never fun. It takes time and requires concentration, organization, and more than a few stamps and checks.

We developed a program to save you some valuable time. You can make your payment to Missouri Farm Bureau automatically through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). When you pay through EFT:

  • Your payment is automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account, so you won't need to write a check, use a stamp, or mail a payment.
  • Your payment will be withdrawn on the policy due date.
  • You can also pay your Missouri Farm Bureau Membership and contribute to PAC or Foundation if you choose.

How do you get started on this time saving program?

  • Print, sign & complete the Electronic Funds Transfer Authorization Form.
  • Attach a voided check from your checking account or a deposit slip from your savings account.
  • Pay any outstanding amount due on the policy you want to change to EFT pay plan. This allows us 30 days for your EFT payment requests to be set-up.

As soon as your application is processed, your future billing notices will be mailed 10 days prior to the due date. The notice will state the amount being drawn from your designated bank account and the draw date.

It is easy to get started, and it is an easy way to pay. You can use the time you saved to do something fun.

How do you change banking information?

  • Print, sign & complete the Electronic Funds Transfer Change form .
  • Attach a voided check if new checking account or deposit slip if new savings account.
  • It may take up to two weeks to process after we receive your request. So, if necessary, pay amount due with a check if there will not be enough time to change to the new account.

How do you cancel Electronic Funds Transfer Payment Plan?

  • Print, sign & complete the Electronic Funds Transfer Cancellation form .
  • It may take up to 30 days to process after we receive your request. So, if necessary, pay amount due with a check if there will not be enough time to cancel your electronic Funds Payment Plan.
