We do not collect any personally identifiable information about you unless you voluntarily submit
the information to us, by for example, filling out a survey or submitting claim information. We
will use personally identifiable information you provide to us for the purpose for which such
information was provided and, subject to federal and state regulation, to tell you about products
or services which we feel may be of interest to you or to contact you again either by online electronic
communication (such as email), or by regular mail or telephone.

MOFB collects information by various methods including information actively provided by completing
online forms and/or applications.
Cookies
Missouri Farm Bureau uses Google Analytics to provide additional information about how you use our
site. Google will put persistent cookies on your browser to help us know how people use our site.
These cookies collect anonymous traffic data; no personal information is kept via cookies. You can

Notice of Change to Policy
Missouri Farm Bureau may amend this policy from time to time. If such amendments affect how Missouri
Farm Bureau discloses personal information already held by Missouri Farm Bureau in a material way, Missouri
Farm Bureau will obtain consent. We will post any changes in this privacy policy at least 30 days prior
to the change taking effect.
SMS and Voice Communication Consent
By providing your phone number and opting in on our website or through our services, you consent to receive
SMS messages and/or voice calls from Missouri Farm Bureau Services, powered by our communications provider,
Twilio. These messages may include service updates, billing notices, appointment reminders, or informational
alerts related to your relationship with Missouri Farm Bureau Services. Promotional content may also be sent,
but only if you have explicitly opted in to receive marketing communications.
We will only send messages to users who have:
- Provided a valid phone number, and
- Explicitly opted in to receive SMS or voice communication from Missouri Farm Bureau Services, either
via an online form, keyword opt-in (e.g., texting a keyword to a Twilio-powered number), in-person enrollment,
or by checking a box indicating consent.
Proof of Consent
To comply with Twilio’s Acceptable Use Policy and industry regulations, we maintain records of all user opt-ins. These records may include:
- The phone number provided
- The date, time, and method of consent
- The content or prompt shown at the time of opt-in
- The service or campaign the user opted in to
These records are securely stored and may be used to demonstrate compliance with applicable regulations (including TCPA) and Twilio’s requirements.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Missouri Farm Bureau Services at any time by replying STOP to any message.
You may also contact us directly to revoke consent or manage your communication preferences.
