Qualifications:

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Senior HR role with focus on talent acquisition programs, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Experience in a Senior HR role also with a focus on talent development is preferred.
- Expert level knowledge of compliance laws and regulations associated with talent management (recruitment/onboarding process) and employee development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and supervision, with the ability to monitor, coach, and measure employee work performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain good interpersonal relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining timeliness and accuracy.
- Ability to create reports using hiring data and present the data in a format that demonstrates accurate presentation of current hiring workflows, efficiencies, and costs to make recommended improvements.
- Demonstrates initiative and judgment in making decisions within the scope of assigned authority; and the ability to substantiate these decisions.
- Advanced computer literacy, including a solid understanding of ATS, Microsoft Word, Outlook Excel and other applications.

Summary:
|
Responsible for providing direct supervision and professional development to the Talent Acquisition and Training teams. Monitor, review, and adjust, as necessary, all aspects of Talent Acquisition and Training from identifying hiring needs, to onboarding, and developing top talent. Works with the Director of Human Resources to develop metrics to measure customer satisfaction levels to improve and enhance best practices and workflows with the recruiting, onboarding, and training processes. Maintains appropriate staffing to support stated service level standards and provides opportunities for training and education of staff to be sure education levels remain high and up to date. This role will play a pivotal part in building a skilled workforce and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Talent Acquisition Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Lead a team of talent acquisition specialists to ensure timely and quality of hiring across all departments.
- Evaluate and implement innovative recruitment techniques to attract top-tier talent.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and recruitment best practices. Use this knowledge to advise hiring managers/supervisors and make informed decisions about recruitment strategies.
- Regularly assess and refine the recruitment process to enhance efficiency, quality, and candidate experience. Seek feedback from both candidates and hiring teams to identify areas for improvement.
Talent Development Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive talent development programs, including onboarding, training, and leadership development initiatives.
- Identify learning needs within the organization and develop tailored training solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development among employees.
- Collaborate with managers to create individual development plans for high-potential employees.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and adjust as needed.
Succession Planning Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of HR in developing and maintaining a succession planning framework to ensure a pipeline of qualified internal candidates for key roles.
- Collaborate with department directors to identify high-potential employees and create individualized development plans to prepare them for future leadership positions.
- Work closely with department directors to identify critical roles and talent gaps within the organization.
Team Leadership and Collaboration Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the Talent Acquisition and Development team.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
- Partner with HR leadership to align talent acquisition and development strategies with overall HR and organizational goals.
